This Privacy Policy describes how Meg SNS Hub, a private self-publishing tool operated by Megumi Clover for the brand "Meg - Scripted Essentials", handles information when posting content to social media platforms.

Meg SNS Hub is not a service offered to third parties. It is a single-operator tool used solely by Megumi Clover to publish her own content (announcements, product images, screenshots, and short captions) to her own social media pages.

2. Information We Process

Meg SNS Hub only processes content that the operator (Megumi Clover) voluntarily creates and submits through the tool. This includes:

  • Post text written by the operator
  • Image files prepared by the operator
  • Link URLs included in posts

The tool does not collect, process, or store any information from end users, viewers, or followers of the social media pages. No analytics, tracking cookies, or user-identifying data are gathered.

3. How Information Is Used

The submitted content is transmitted through the official APIs of the following platforms for the sole purpose of publishing posts on the operator's own pages:

  • Facebook Page (Meta Platforms, Inc.)
  • Instagram Business Account (Meta Platforms, Inc.)
  • Threads (Meta Platforms, Inc.)
  • X / Twitter (X Corp.)
  • Flickr (SmugMug, Inc.)

Access tokens required for each platform are kept in access-restricted storage on the operator's local environment and on a private server space at meg-se.com. Tokens are used only for the purpose of authenticating API calls and are not shared with any third party.

4. Data Sharing With Third Parties

Information submitted to Meg SNS Hub is shared only with the social media platforms listed in section 3 above, and only as part of the act of publishing the operator's own posts to her own pages.

No information is sold, rented, leased, or otherwise shared with any other third party.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Posts published through Meg SNS Hub are stored on the respective social media platforms according to each platform's own data retention policies. The operator can delete any post at any time through the standard interface of each platform.

If a viewer would like to request the removal of a specific post made by Megumi Clover, please use the contact methods listed in section 7 below.

6. Security

  • API access tokens are kept in access-restricted storage (owner-read-only file permissions) on a server protected by SSH key authentication.
  • All API communication with social media platforms uses HTTPS.
  • The tool runs only on the operator's personal devices and her private server hosted by Xserver Inc. (Japan).
