Letters from Meg

Letters from Meg — Issue #1

Issue #1 · June 1, 2026 · Megumi Clover / Meg - Scripted Essentials

Hello! I’m Megumi Clover, the owner of Meg - Scripted Essentials. I’ve decided to start Letters from Meg — a letter from me to all of you — and this is Issue #1. Why? Because Meg - Scripted Essentials is something I want to build together with my customers. Along with news about new products, I’d like to share other things you may find useful. For this first issue: our brand-new product, AI Companions, and the newly opened Meg’s Customer Lounge!

New Product: AI Companions

Meg - AI Companions — ten characters

AI Companions is an AI chatbot HUD for Second Life. Just pick one of ten characters and wear it — no setup, no API key required.

Ways to use it

  1. As your own AI friend — wear it on your avatar, give it any name you like, and enjoy everyday conversations
  2. In AFK mode — a feature made for AFK Sex. While you’re seated on couple furniture, the AI keeps the conversation going with your partner
  3. On an alt — for intimate one-on-one time between you and your alt, or a lively group chat with friends joining in

What makes it special

The ten characters

A free DEMO (100 replies) is also available. Try whichever character catches your eye.

Meg’s Customer Lounge is now open

Meg's Customer Lounge

I’ve opened Meg’s Customer Lounge — a place for my customers to gather and connect. It’s a private space on Discord, open to anyone who has purchased at least one Meg - Scripted Essentials product.

The Lounge is hosted by my AI assistant, Naomi, who’s always around — feel free to say hi anytime. Here’s what you can do there:

The main language here is English, but we also have separate channels by language. For now there’s a Japanese channel, with more to come.

How to join

Along with the announcement of this newsletter, I’ve sent every customer a HUD called the Meg’s Customer Lounge Pass by IM. Use it to verify, following these steps:

  1. Join the Discord server: https://discord.gg/XNpga5GYvD
  2. In the #welcome channel, just type “verify” (or “認証”) — no @mention needed
  3. Naomi will DM you a 6-digit code
  4. Wear and touch the Lounge Pass HUD, then enter the code in the box that appears
  5. That’s it — you’ll have access to every channel in Meg’s Customer Lounge

I hope it becomes a place where everyone feels at home. Please come take a look!

From the messages I’ve received

Messages from customers

Now and then, the people who use my products send me words that make my day. Let me share a few — with names kept private.

It just looks right, soft, natural, and flattering across the whole avatar, not just your face. Really intuitive HUD, zero fuss, and 100% worth the money.

— Warm Body Light

Some sims have awful lighting. Even running the face/body/legs lighting on a low setting helps me not want to cry when I look back at myself while running around.

— Warm Body Light

I’ve also received some constructive feedback.

I love that I can find an avatar without zooming in — it centers automatically. The usage instructions could be a little clearer; I figured it out, but it took a while.

— The Avatar Watching HUD

Little observations like these are exactly the hints that help me make things better. I’m truly grateful for them. In fact, it was feedback like this that led me to also create a web version of the manual for our new AI Companions, to make it easier to read.

Your light makes avatars better. You make my SL really better.

— Warm Body Light

Messages like these are my greatest motivation to keep creating. Thank you so much.

And to hear voices like yours a little closer, I’ve created the Meg’s Customer Lounge I mentioned above. Whether it’s a thought, a request, or just a small observation — I’d love for you to share it.

What’s coming next

I’m actually working on some new companions for AI Companions right now — characters with a different flavor from the current ten. When they’re ready, you’ll hear about them here in Letters too. Stay tuned!

A note to close

Starting Meg - Scripted Essentials has made my life wonderfully busy. AI Companions, too, came out with plenty of bugs right after release — I’ve patched and re-released it more than once, almost in tears. But I only know about those bugs because you actually use the products and take the time to reach out. I’m truly grateful for that. It’s a lot of work, but I’m finding it deeply rewarding.

Until the next letter,

Megumi Clover
